home builder markets their homes differently, there is no one place you
can go to get a complete list of new home communities in your Region.
You would have to read virtually every new home magazine, every weekend
newspaper real estate section, and visit every new home web site for
information; and even then, you would only access to about 50% of what's
being built in the area.
We gather and maintain our own information (sort of a new home
construction multiple listing service), and we don't charge the builder
to have their communities listed in our database…so we have access to
just about every new home community that's out there in your desired
geographic area and price range, with the features you want. You select
