Biography

D. Richard Tonge, President & Chief Executive Officer of Just New Homes, Inc., is licensed broker whose experience in the business world spans over 35 years as a senior executive with both large as well as developing companies. Mr. Tonge has been a lecturer and instructor in real estate and business courses.

A graduate of Lehigh University with a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from Columbia University, he is an expert in strategic planning and management development. Some of the corporate positions held include:

• President & CEO at Talent & Residuals, Inc.
• Group Controller - Borden, Inc.
• Vice President Business Development - PSEG of NJ
• Executive Vice President - Ohmicron Corporation
• In addition, Mr. Tonge has been a lecturer and instructor in real estate & business courses

Richard’s real estate experience includes over 20 years as a real estate developer where he was responsible for the development of over $4 billion of residential as well as commercial properties. He is a licensed real estate broker in 14 states and holds multiple real estate designations:
